I was first licensed in 1992 in Virginia. My CNA license was revoked in 1998. The offense was a one time act of fraud.

The Virginia Board of Nursing has the authority to deny, revoke or suspend a certificate issued, or to otherwise discipline a certificate holder upon proof that he has violated any of the provisions of ยง54.1-3007 of the Code of Virginia. You may complete the reinstatement application and return it along with the required fee but I think you should contact the Board first in order to see if you have any chance of becoming a CNA again. Only the Board can give you a definitive answer to your question based on the specific circumstances that led to your license being revoked.
