Can I challenge the exam or do I have to take the class again?

I worked as a CNA from 1999 to 2008. Since then I have not worked as a CNA and was wondering if I would be able to challenge the exam or if I would have to take the class over again?

If your nurse aide status is listed as expired on your state's registry, and you did not work as a nursing assistant in the last two years, then most likely you have to retake the test in order to get active status.
