To become a nursing assistant program instructor in Arizona one must be a registered nurse with an active and unencumbered license in this state. In addition, nurse aide course instructors need to meet one of the following conditions: had experience as a teacher of an adult course; acted as a teacher of adults for a full year; or have been supervising nursing assistants for at least one year.
