I am currently in an EMT course and have done clinicals. Can I use this time and program to renew my CNA license?

I have completed direct patient clinical hours and would like to use these as my patient care hours. I did not receive pay for these hours, but they have been obtained though an accredited program at Gwinnett Technical College. Will these hours be sufficient for renewal?

In general, the answer is no since the required hours should be for pay but I can’t give you a definitive answer without knowing the state where you are licensed as a CNA.
