What type of work qualifications do I need to become a CNA program coordinator for an approved training and competency evaluation program in Ohio?

According to the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry, you must have a minimum of two years of work experience as a nurse. For one of those two years a program coordinator must work as a nurse in a long-term care facility providing care or services to residents.
