My New York CNA license expired and I would like to know how I can renew it. I have not worked as a CNA in 10 years but I would like to start work again. Can i just take the test and test out or would i have to retake the class again? I live in New York state and I keep calling them but everything is automated and I can not speak to a live person. Is there a way to just take the test in order to reinstate my certification?
