It has been 5 years since I worked as a CNA. I would like to know if I need to re-take the full CNA course in Wisconsin or if I can take the state test instead.

According to the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry you only have to re-take the exams. You may verify this information by calling Pearson VUE at 877-329-8760. The application for competency evaluation can be downloaded here.
