I am applying for a job, and it is asking for my CNA certification number. How do I find it?

The state of Illinois does not issue CNA certificates. Call the Illinois nurse aide registry help desk at 217-785-5133, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday or use the online verification system to get your license number.
