How can a license be transferred to North Carolina?

My sister is moving to North Carolina from Oklahoma and she has a current CNA certification for that state. How would she go about getting recertified in North Carolina? Where could she obtain study materials and where could she take this test? We live in Wayne County and would like to know where the nearest facilitator of this test would be?
