How can I renew my license?

I am trying to get back into the field of nursing. I used to be a CNA, but I didn't renew my license since 1994. I became a stay at home mom and a licensed daycare provider. Now I want to go back into the medical field since my child is older. What do I need to do? I live and got my certification in Colorado.

Your nursing assistant certificate has been expired for more than two years. To reinstate your certification in the state of Colorado you must retake and pass the CNA state exam. You need to complete and send a Certification by Examination Application to Pearson Vue, the entity responsible for administering the nursing assistant exam in Colorado.
