Are CNAs allowed to do finger stick blood sugar procedures?

More specifically, in the State of Oklahoma, can a CNA with training do finger stick blood sugar procedures in home health or private pay arena?

According to the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry, only advanced certified medication aides with training in glucose monitoring are allowed to perform finger blood sugar procedures.  Certified medication aides and those with advanced training are not allowed to perform in home health or private pay arenas.
